Tochukwu is a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He proceeded to Bols Attorneys and Solicitors as an Associate, where he was an integral member of the advisory team that executed the Iconic Towers Project, amongst other commendable tasks. He also gained considerable experience in Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate Development & Brokerage.
He has also served as the MD/CEO of Tomoto Innovations Nig. Ltd, an electric vehicle & transportation start-up company. He is currently a Partner at Earls Legal, helping clients to attain the highest standards of corporate governance as well as sustainable and duplicable best practices on their most critical legal and business needs.
Tochukwu’s expertise lie in Transactional, Commercial and Technology Law. His core competences include; Contracts Management, Negotiation of Agreements, Real Estate Development and Management Services, Business Consultancy & Advisory, Blockchain Development and Credit Tech.
As Partner in Earls Legal, he has served as Team Lead, Legal Advisory for a number of blockchain projects and development companies, including, Ravendex Labs, Tafabot, SumoTrust, Fintech Programmers and Pillarcle. He has also served as the Chief Legal Adviser for Specialman Global Solutions, an International Software Development Company, and recently – Lendha, a Credit Tech Company.
