Nneka is an alumni of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State where she bagged her LLB before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, after which she was called to the Nigerian Bar.
Nneka is a legal practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in the Power and Energy sector. Her core competences include; Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Compliance, Negotiation of Agreements, Debt Recovery, Business Consultancy & Advisory, Blockchain Development and Credit Tech.
She served as a legal associate at C.V.C Ihekweazu, SAN & Co where she was a key member of both the Dispute Resolution/Litigation Department, and the Debt Recovery/Business Recovery & Insolvency Department.
She then proceeded to George Etomi & Partners, from where she was seconded to Eko DisCo’s Litigation/Dispute Resolution Unit, where she served as the District Legal Officer of one of its 12 Districts. Due to her flair for resolving highly contentious & knotty issues, she also served as a Team Member in the Legal Regulatory & Compliance Unit of Eko Disco.
