Ebuka heads the Firm’s Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Practice Group. As a seasoned Dispute Resolution Practitioner, he has litigated on an extensive range of issues, including but not limited to corporate recovery, receiverships and insolvency, company and partnership disputes, energy, oil and gas, real estate, intellectual property, telecommunications, finance and banking, contracts, commercial law transactions, family law and general litigation – both at the trial and appellate levels.
Ebuka possesses deep expertise in arbitration advisory and adjudication. He continues to act as client’s counsel in arbitral proceedings. He advises on a wide range of commercial transactions.
As Managing Partner, he also oversees the mentoring of Associates. Prior to co-founding Earls Legal, Ebuka was an Associate at the law firm of A02LAW.
